A perfect choice for those who don't consume meat or for those who prefer a light dish. The visual imperfections, which our customers love very much, are due to the fact that the piadinas are worked, rolled and cooked by hand, one by one, as tradition dictates. All our piadinas are prepared according to orders, you will always receive them fresh and freshly produced.
'00' type soft wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil 6.5%, whole sea salt, leavening agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, corn starch).

Our piadinas are handcrafted according to orders, so you will always receive them fresh, packaged in a protective atmosphere. To be consumed by the date indicated on the package (20 days from the production date). Once the package has been opened, store in the refrigerator at +4° to +8° C. To extend the shelf life, they can be frozen.
